CANCELLATION TERMS

Bookings or amendments can NOT be moved within 28 days of arrival date
No Refunds will be given within the 28 days of your arrival date
You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away
Any refund issued could be subject to a processing fee.
Dartmoor Camping cannot be held liable if, through Force Majeure, the implementation of the booking is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances which are beyond the control of Dartmoor Camping Devon Campsite, including the threat of war, blockades, fire, floods, staff strikes, diseases, pandemics, epidemics, health emergencies and other disruptions or events
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons deemed necessary by the management

If you do not abide by our rules you will be asked to leave, and you will NOT be given a refund.
Once your booking has been confirmed we take this as acceptance of our terms and conditions.

NEW ARRIVALS-

We reserve the right of admission to the campsite. Gates will be locked at 9pm.
We expect campers staying with us to respect our staff, their fellow campers and the local environment.
Please drink carefully and mindfully whilst staying with us & our “No Drugs Policy”.
No vehicle movement around site from 10pm - 8am. keep to tracks.
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times around the farm.
We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us, it is an important condition that anyone staying at the campsite must not excessively disturb or have any negative impact on the stay of other campers. 11pm Quiet Time.
If any of our terms are not complied with you will be asked to leave the campsite with no refund given.
Dogs MUST be kept on leads and under strict control at all times due to livestock nearby.
No chopping/ Cutting/ Sawing/ Burning of any wood /trees on site. Please Bring your own wood.
No firearms / Fireworks/ Lanterns to be brought on site.
