We regularly visit in our camper van, the EHU pitches are spacious, the children love the freedom and play for hours on their bikes, in the play park, playing in the river and toasting marshmallows round the camp fire. Highly recommend this lovely site. May 2021

We Stayed at Reddacleave Farm In August 2019 and throughly enjoyed our stay. We had exclusive use of the EHU pitches for our family group of 20. The facilities are basic but we like it that way, the hot shower is one of the best I have experienced - Lots of local attractions...

About Us - Places To Visit

We are a rural basic campsite for lovers of Spacious Pitches, Clean Air, Fresh Water, Starry Skies, Peaceful Surroundings, Wildlife and Breathtaking Scenery. If you fancy something a little more glamorous, we've got that covered with our Canvas bell tent Hire and EHU. With only the sounds of nature around you, here’s your chance to switch off and relax into the farm lifestyle - Located 10 mins from A38 ************************************ PLAN YOUR TRIP- Our nearest Tourist Attraction is "The Avon Dam" which is approx 40min walk from site over the moors….. Or maybe a longer walk from site across Dartmoor to the village of Scorriton for a Pint at the Tradesman’s Arms. South Devon oozes a vast array of places to go and things to see for all ages and all weather forecasts. Eight mins drive away is our nearest Village Buckfastleigh, which has a heated outdoor swimming pool, "Otter and Butterfly Centre" Pennywell Petting Farm and South Devon Railway where you can catch the Steam train to Totnes, the old Medieval market town of Totnes is well worth a visit. Full of Independent Shops to peek into, plus Totnes Castle. Paignton and Torquay are Fifteen minutes drive from Totnes and has several popular attractions including Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway and the Waterpark Splashdown. There is also a great park on the sea front for young children and a traditional pier to stroll down and lovely beach. Buckfast Abbey - Visitors can enjoy the extensive grounds – including Cafe, The Sensory, Physic and award-winning Millennium Gardens. A highlight during the summer months is The Lavender Garden, boasting 50 varieties of this soothing and colourful plant. Entry is Free. 10min drive from site. Our Nearest Beach is Mothercombe Beach which is Dog Friendly and great for Kayaking. (20 mins away) Bigbury & Burgh Island -At low tide you can walk across the beach or at high tide there is the water tractor taxi. Good walks/pub and cafe . Good Surf.
